In order to contact a patient you are required to know their room number. If you do not know this number you can call our central telephone number and ask the operator to connect you, or visit the Admitting Department reception where you will be provided with this information.

By telephone
To contact a patient directly in their room you must know the patient’s room number. You can then call this number direct by dialing (+974) 4439 6 followed by the patient’s room number. For example, the patient is staying in room 548, then the direct dial for this patient’s room is: (+974) 4439 6 548. If you do not know the patient’s room number, please call our central number at (+974) 4439 6666 and ask the operator to connect you. Please note that it is hospital policy that medical information cannot be provided to relatives of patients over the telephone. If you would like to receive patient medical information, you should contact the patient’s primary care physician. Please note that information on a patient’s condition will only be provided to relatives (you will be required to show official identification).

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the wards and public spaces of the hospital for use by our patients and visitors.
Please note: Flowers are welcome but we request that the arrangements are kept as small as possible. Large flower arrangements can block entrances and cause a hazard in emergency situations. Our staff should be able to have unrestricted, immediate access to patients at all times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
